INTEGRATED & MASTERIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS, RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR EXCELLENCE

At TNT Global Manufacturing, we make the difference because our customers know they can count on the commitment, speed and reliability of our production team, which has been intimately involved in the development process since the genesis of the project. Its advice relies on its sharp mastery of industrial processes of metal, plastic and wood processing, as well as finishing operations that make each piece unique, even on an industrial scale.

… & know-how

Savoir-Faire

Die casting

High Pressure Die Casting involves injecting the liquid metal at high speed and applying a very high-pressure during solidification. This process is used mainly for producing accurately dimensioned, sharply defined, smooth or textured-surface aluminium parts, and using reusable molds.

Savoir-Faire

Injection

Injection molding involves heating a material and then injecting it into a mold before ejecting it once cooled and solidified.

Savoir-Faire

Electroplating

Electroplating is the process of applying a long-lasting metal coating – gold, silver – on another piece of metal (or another conductive surface) through an electro-deposition process.

Savoir-Faire

E-coating

E-coating, also known as electrodeposition coating, is a process of painting that uses electrical current to deposit paint on a surface.

Savoir-Faire

PVD : Physical Vapor Deposit

Water Transfer (Hydrography) process consists of applying a decorative thin base water-soluble film on a 3D object. The printed film is placed on the surface of the water, and the base begins to dissolve, thanks to an activator. Then the box made of injected plastic is immersed into the water, while the ink wraps it, thanks to the pressure of the water. Once removed from the water, the box is cleaned and dried. It is widely used in the automotive industry for luxury finish of wood-like dashboards, among others.

Savoir-Faire

Anodization

Anodizing is a surface treatment designed to protect a material.

Savoir-Faire

Spraying

Spraying is a coating process used to cover a material with a thin layer of metal or color.

Savoir-Faire

Epoxy varnishing

Epoxy varnishing consists in applying a thin layer of epoxy, which, after drying, imparts to the surface a remarkable luster.

Savoir-Faire

Polishing

Polishing is used to make a perfectly smooth surface.

Savoir-Faire

Hot Stamping

Hot stamping consists of engraving a raised pattern, with or without the application of a thin layer of metal or color.

Savoir-Faire

Enameling

Enameling is a manufacturing process consisting of depositing on a metal or other support, a vitreous, transparent or colored layer.

Savoir-Faire

Galvanization

Galvanizing is a surface treatment process that involves immersing finished products in a molten zinc bath to generate a protective alloy.
