Just launched, Louboutin’s Looubiworld collection combines the elegance of the brand’s iconic red and the metallic shine of nickel, enhanced with epoxy or plastic. TNT Global Manufacturing has materialized the brand’s creative design through the collar, made of two pieces – an aluminium stovepipe and a brass plate, respectively nickel-anodized and nickel-galvanized – and hidden by the 100% recyclable injected zamak cap, once assembled. Each head is embellished with red details in epoxy or plastic. 7 patterns bring this fairy collection to life :

Loubirouge: Iconic Louboutin stiletto, with heel on Paris, overlooking the globe, made of 3 zamak pieces, and sole covered with a thin layer of epoxy, requiring excellent know-how given the complexity of the surface to be covered.
Loubiraj: Indian tiger made of 3 zamak pieces and a red plastic jewel on the side of the top.
Loubicrown: Crown made of 2 zamak pieces and 4 “precious” stones in red plastic.
Loubicroc: Egyptian crocodile wrapping an obelisk, made of 3 zamak pieces, with epoxy-coated claws on each leg.
These caps are the result of extensive study and expertise, specially in unmolding process. They respect the details of the design while limiting the number of zamak parts, like the body of the crocodile, which is made in one piece. It was a great project that also challenged the team for the assembly and polishing processes. Finally, each cap is finished with a common red insert, made of PP tinted in the mass.
Each portrait requires a new technical feat to produce a unique piece of zamak that respects the fineness and precision of the details. In addition to the complex production process – injection, demolding, assembly – there is the exceptional level of finishing: each piece has been manually polished before the gold galvanization, like a goldsmith’s work.

It was a real technical challenge that TNT Global Manufacturing took up To meet PUIG’s requirements to make this zamak cap in one piece.
This beautiful electroplated Champagne gold cap, is the result of a complex production process: it has required a complex mold kinematic to unmold it carefully. Ultimately, the polishing of the piece was done in multiple steps, for a perfect finish.
At the end, this amazing cap is the result of a proactive collaboration and a close partnership between TNT Global Manufacturing’s and PUIG’s teams.
TNT Global Manufacturing caps Scandal, Jean Paul Gaultier’s new masculine perfume, with an imperial crown in zamak.
Jean-Paul Gaultier was inspired by the Imperial Crown for Scandal for Him cap. It has been co- developed by both PUIG’s and TNT Global Manufacturing’s Development teams, and manufactured by TNT.
The gold-ecoated zamak crown surrounds a deep red cap, represented by the liner, over which comes a sun-plate, with its debossed logo.
Zamak gives weight and hold to this delicately hollowed out and airy shape, that comes over a ring of discreet opulence. TNT Global Manufacturing has also met the challenge of a perfect polishing between the arches.
TNT Global Manufacturing is producing several million iconic zamak heels for Good Girl, by Carolina Herrera, whose Eau Légère version was shortlisted for the Consumer Choice Women’s Prestige award by the Fragrance Foundation in the United States. Launched in 2016, Carolina Herrera’s feminine Good Girl has been a huge success, particularly linked to the originality of its iconic zamak stiletto bottle. TNT Global Manufacturing highlights the production of millions of pieces, confirming its ability to technically realize its customers’ complex and original ideas and then ensure large-scale production, with an ultra-quality level of finishing, making each piece unique. “TNT Global Manufacturing prides itself on meeting the dual challenge of quantity and quality. The bottle of Rose Goldea Blossom Delight, by BVLGARI is dressed with a recycled zamak collar and an aluminum stovepipe. The injected white epoxy decor personalizes the ring of this fragrance, dazzling with light, which celebrates audacity and passion. TNT Global Manufacturing still met 3 technical challenges: The combination of gold shades between anodized aluminum and galvanized recycled zamak; The meticulous filling of epoxy resin in cavities; The precise polishing to homogenize the whole piece, and the engraved logo on the top of the collar also.
TNT Global Manufacturing made the base for Bad Boy, Caroline Herrera’s masculine collection. Zamak was chosen for its rigidity and solidity, even at low thickness. Undeformable, it is sublimated by a gold E-coating finish.
R2AD is a patented massaging, removable and rotatable 360° metal ball applicator, combined with an airless refill. It is intended for the application of cosmetics, cosmeceutics and pharmaceuticals, for face and body, in institute, SPA and/or at home.
An ingenious system : Its magnetic stainless steel ball provides an unlimited movement, as well as a 300% increased contact zone compared to a conventional roll-on applicator. Cooled, it optimizes the application for decongestant and draining care. While warm, it facilitates the opening of pores for a better absorption.
Perfectly hygienic : A single press on the airless cartridge is enough to deliver a precise dose, without risk of air return and contamination of the formula. After use, the removable ball of the R2AD applicator can be washed completely, or even sterilized.

TNT Global Manufacturing is paroud to have collaborated with Clarins for the design of the 3 cap formats of AZZARO’s latest Wanted Girl.
The team has technically surpassed itself in designing the spray cap of the 50ml and 80ml sizes made of 10 pieces, including 5 made of zamak and aluminium, at the service of a flawless design and functionality, as requested by Clarins. The cap spray is operated by the trigger or the upper ball, highlighted by a gold ECcoating finish. The handle, also in zamak, is bright white bronze electroplated. The petals and the body are made of aluminium, for a cold touch effect. The 5 inner components, only functional, are made of plastic. The rigidity and assembly process ensure rigidity and therefore safety when used.
The cap of the 30ml size is composed of a PCTG silver metallized part and a mass dyed PP insert. The zamak upper ball has been gold gold Ecoated.
The cap of the 5ml miniature is made of a single silver-sprayed PP component.
TNT Global Manufacturing has designed the latest universal radiance powder Ladies In All Climates case, by Guerlain. Following Guerlain’s request, this Limited Edition revisits the codes of its precious, original, 1897 powder case.
This complex assembly of a dozen pieces, including a zamak specific gold electroplated structure, a matt PP plate with gold hot stamping and a soft click magnetic closure. An stylish and elegant refillable powder case, also with the Meteorites Voyage travel powder.

TNT Global Manufacturing transgresses packaging codes in perfumery and innovates with Paco Rabanne for its new PACOLLECTION range. Luxury is displayed in a 6-tone shades on a silver background for these new generation of unbreakable bottles, made of soft, silky and metallic synthetic material.
Soft materials expertise, typically used by Promolib, a Fortyniners member such as TNT Global Manufacturing, has been blended with TNT Global Manufacturing’s automatization and industrialization capability.
The goal was to offer a breakthrough product. It has been achieved thanks to blended strengths of PROMOLIB’s, for its materials research upstream, and TNT Global Manufacturing’s expertise in industrialization. It has already been a success of collaboration between teams of PUIG, PROMOLIB and TNT Global Manufacturing.
The case is obtained by laminating and superimposing the different layers, with welding all around, thanks to a specially designed and dedicated process for this purpose. The color rendering is exceptional, and unalterable in contact with the perfume. TNT Global Manufacturing again demonstrates its strength of invention.
The brand entrusted TNT Global Manufacturing with the design and making of the packaging for the Lipstick (10 shades), the cap for the Nail Polish (8 shades), the cap and the collar for the bottle (6 fragrances).
The technical challenge lies in the hammered finish of the nail polish ring, the lipstick ball and the fragrance cap. This effect is achieved after die-casting by a specific process that was specially developed for these references, allowing the best combination between aesthetic rendering and qualitative finish. The decorative anodized gold aluminium plates with a debossed logo also required accuracy and a meticulous polishing. Especially the ski-shaped nail polish plate.
Lipstick: the ABS cap with it’s PP liner is also adorned with a anodized gold aluminium plate and stamped with the Jimmy Choo logo. A gold e-coated section plate completes the set. The base is an anodized gold aluminium stovepipe with a PP liner and a hammered zamak ball with a gold e-coated finish. All three pieces are crimped together.
Nail polish: A matt-varnish is applied on the ABS cap, in which is also placed a PP liner. The anodized gold aluminium plate is decorated with a debossed logo. The hammered zamak ring is gold e-coated. TNT Global Manufacturing assembled the brush to deliver a set ready for assembling on the bottle.
Fragrance: the cap is made of hammered zamak with gold e-coating. Inside, a crimped liner. The anodized gold aluminium collar in 2 pieces is crimped together. A debossed logo with silkscreen decorates the anodized gold aluminium plate.

LOUBOUTIN entrusted TNT Global Manufacturing with the design of its luxurious, magnetic, rechargeable makeup case adorned with the iconic Christian Louboutin silver spikes. Available in black and red, it also incorporates the codes of the brand’s iconic sole. A metallic key allows to extract and replace the color palette.
ROCHAS entrusted TNT Global Manufacturing for the development of BYZANCE perfume’s cap. The team managed to design it in one single piece of Zamak, that is sublimated by the embossed logo. Gold e-coating gives it an oriental and precious elegance, also highlighted by the contrasting color of the lace with gold brass tips, that dresses up the collar.
The expertise of TNT Global Manufacturing is valued in the challenge of a single piece, a tailor made lace with its brass tips that were assembled with no glue, a perfect hold of the set with no glue also, and an mass-dyed PP insert, that is assembled mechanically.
The careful and determining polishing, before gold E-Coating, is delicate, especially at the hard to reach base of the cap.
TNT Global Manufacturing has decorated Valentino’s latest fragrance with an embossed, gold electroplated brass plate. Brass was preferred as it offers rigidity preventing deformation. Furthermore, it’s malleability helps achieve a sharp brand mark.
The technical challenge was to achieve detailed studs even though very small. Finally, TNT Global Manufacturing has come up with an interesting process, avoiding hanging marks during the electroplating.
TNT Global Manufacturing has developed the Phyto-Rouge Shine Lipstick packaging for Sisley, designed in gold anodized aluminum with a PP insert and decorated with a white silkscreened pattern, protected by a varnish. A silkscreened S on the top and the debossed logo mark this rechargeable pack. TNT Global Manufacturing also supplies the mechanism of this outstanding achievement.
TNT Global Manufacturing has designed a black, sophisticated and modern packaging for the latest collection of purse sprays by Frédéric Malle, Estée Lauder Group.
This sobriety hides know-how and expertise to imagine a technically, aesthetically and ergonomically flawless packaging.
This multi-material atomiser – PETg*, PP*, Aluminum – makes a difference by the alignment of the pad-printing in the engraved logo on the cap, the 3-colour silkscreened logo on the collar in a reduced space, and the sharp radius of the matt black anodized aluminum that composes it. The design has been optimized to facilitate the final assembly by the filler.
The closing is done by a magnetic soft click system, between cap and body. The ballasting of the cap and base, the fitting of the bottle in the body and the contrast between matte black and glossy black reflect the elegance of the product for an complete sensorial experience.

It consists of applying a decorative thin base water-soluble film on a 3D object. The printed film is placed on the surface of the water, and the base begins to dissolve, thanks to an activator. Then the box made of injected plastic is immersed into the water, while the ink wraps it, thanks to the pressure of the water. Once removed from the water, the box is cleaned and dried. The box is then coated with a clear varnish, after a golden-labelled logo has been applied on its top, for a luxury finish.

TNT Global Manufacturing has developed the decorative cap’s plate of VIKING, the latest perfume for men, designed by the perfumer Olivier CREED.
The plate is made of zamak with a white bronze finish. It has been engraved with the logo and pad printed in red.
The project required to combine the pattern of the logo and the constraints of the zamak, to reveal the details and finesse of the engraving. TNT Global Manufacturing further encountered 2 other challenges: the pad printing thickness on a curved surface, and the perfect alignment with the logo”.

This cap is made of a solid single piece of diecast zamak. To gain weight, the inner side has been machined by secondary operation. The cap has been then electroplated. The E-coating process enhances the black finish with a depth and gloss effect. The logo of the brand, that is engraved in the mold, appears on the top of the cap for a final touch of elegance.

TNT Global Manufacturing mobilized the know-how of its design office and its Portuguese factory to produce Lolitaland’s Surlyn® cap, Lolita Lempicka’s latest female fragrance.
Like a piece of glass, enlightens thanks to its complex shape and reveals itself by a contrast of polished and frosted zones that highlight the details. An additional transparent PP ring allows to clip the cap on the pump.
The transparency and lightness of its design “invite to celebrate nature, between dream and reality“, as does the fragrance, imagined by Lolita Lempicka and developped by Francis Kurkdjian and Maïa Lernout, suggests.
Surlyn® de DuPont™ is a resin known for its outstanding clarity, toughness, versatility and light weight. It has the same aspects as glass and allows more or less thick areas on the same injected piece. It provides great design freedom.
TNT Global Manufacturing manufactured the Ladybug placed on one of the leaves, of the iconic apple-shaped bottle of Bella, Nina Ricci’s third heroine.
The ladybug is designed in one piece of zamak whose thickness has been reduced to the maximum to reveal its extreme fineness. The gold e-coating finish emphasizes the 2-tone epoxy decoration of the glimmering body, The challenge lies in the repeatability of this manual process at an industrial scale. The result surprises with its delicacy.
The Cap of C’est Paris, the latest fragrance from CARVEN, is made by TNT Global Manufacturing, following the design of Thierry de Baschmakoff. Imagined in injected glossy black PP for men and metallic gold for women, it is made up of 4 parts: shell, insert, plate and weight.

family portrait collection, a tribute to the good old English spirit: stiff upper lip, caustic humour,
and a knack for provocation. The cap is made of 5 gold electroplated zamak pieces, like the
whole collection. The technical challenge lies in the realization of the inside of the mouth which
required the addition of 2 zamak parts, (among the 5) and the delicate assembly.
Fineness and attention to detail are highlighted, thanks to a perfectly controlled production
process: die-casting, unmolding, assembly. As a reminder, the caps are manually polished
before gold electroplating, for high-end finishing.
